immediate: DO NOT keep it!<\/p><p>Try to eat it as soon as possible, as during storage it tends to lose many of its organoleptic qualities.<\/p><p>When it cannot be used immediately, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator, at a temperature of 4\/5 degrees, in a closed jar wrapped in classic kitchen paper.<\/p><p>It is essential to replace the paper that wraps the truffle every day.<\/p><p>The closed jar will prevent the aroma from dispersing in your refrigerator, making your milk become &#8220;truffled&#8221; too.<\/p><p>It is not recommended to keep the truffle dipped in
